Items are normally dispatched next working day of payment being received. Using Amazon Logistics they expect to deliver to most areas within 2-5 days of dispatch.
2 day Delivery – We charge a fee as a contribution for postage and handling of $8.95 for dispatch to the 48 contiguous States (buyers in Hawaii or Alaska please email us for a rate). Items are normally dispatched next working day of payment being received. Using Amazon Logistics they expect to deliver to most areas within 2 day of dispatch.
1 day Delivery – We charge a fee as a contribution for postage and handling of $13.95 for dispatch to the 48 contiguous States (buyers in Hawaii or Alaska please email us for a rate). Under normal circumstances, orders made before 1pm Eastern time can usually be picked up, packaged and shipped to the buyer on the same day.
Christmas – Please note, during the Christmas period delivery may take longer. We will publish the last date to guarantee Christmas delivery on the web-site. Orders received after this date may be delivered in January.

From this web-site we only do adult onesie delivery to the USA (48 contiguous States only). We can’t offer simple flat rate pricing to Canada and unfortunately delivery is expensive – probably around $20.
“No Quibbles” Returns/Refunds
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with it (this is extended to 40 days during November/December). Please make sure you use the barcoded address label to return your item.
If requested, we will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.
Please note, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as USPS Priority).We do not refund P&H costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent. Refunds will only be made to the account on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

Simply email us first so that we know you want some action and we will send a link to print a Returns Address Label which will expedite the return and your refund. If you want to exchange for a different size or style, simply return and ask for a refund and re-order the correct item.
Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (40 days for November/December purchases).
Unfortunately, we will not refund items which are returned to us after the 14 (or 40) days period.
(We cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.)

We do not receive or hold any of your financial details. We process payments via Paypal which offers you various ways to pay us including most debit/credit cards. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, due on their order.
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
